Ang una sa mga pitong dahilan kung bakit ang mga kababaihan ay dapat ding magsilbi bilang pari.

Sa panahon ng Lumang Kasulatan ang mga babae ay talagang pangalawa lamang sa relihiyon. Dahil ang mga babae ay hindi tinutuli, hindi sila nagiging miyembro ng Lumang Tipan. Hindi sila makapag-alay ng kanilang sariling sakripisyo. Lagi silang sa-ilalim ng mga lalaki sa mga bagay ukol sa relihiyon.

Bawat babae na nabinyagan ay nagiging isa pang Kristo, gaya ng lalaki.
“Lahat ng nabinyagan kay Kristo, ay umako kay Kristo. Wala nang diskriminasyon sa mga Hudyo at hindi Hudyo, alipin o Malaya, lalaki at babae.” Galatians 3;28.
Bawat nabinyagang babae ay buong-buong bahagi ng pagkapari, pagkahari at ng misyon ni Kristo bilang propeta.

Kasama sa sakramento ng Binyag ang pagiging bukas sa lahat ng mga Sakramento kabilang na ang pagiging pari.
